TransContainer implemented G Suite services

On May 23, 2018 the Softline company announced implementation of tools for simplification of corporate interaction and increase in its efficiency in PJSC TransContainer.

As a result of implementation of G Suite services the uniform communication space was organized. All staff of the company got access to cloud mail – for file sharing and Google Drive – for document storage and joint work over them, Meet Google service for video calls. The staff of TransContainer company consolidates for the analysis data in online reports, visualizes them in DataStudio, publishes them in shared access.

Among advantages of the solution – synchronizable calendars on all platforms, a corporate chat with a possibility of a video conferencing from any computer or the mobile phone, the cloud storage of large volume. A command of Softline, being a partner of the project, helped the customer to prepare a cloud solution for work.
