The Polymedia company completed the project on implementation of the information and analytical system (IAS) based on the Visiology platform for the energy industry Bidding electronic marketplace, section Rosneft.
Tasks
Main objective of the project was creation of a corporate system of analytics and the reporting for monitoring of purchasing activity.
Technology basis
For project implementation the analytical Visiology platform representing a unified environment for execution of operations of collecting and data translation, development of analytical algorithms and creation of interactive panels and reports was used. Due to the functions put to the platform advanced data visualization is reached. The Visiology platform is completely Russian development.
Implementation Progress
At implementation of IAS the following tasks were carried out:
- design of the data warehouse on a basis business of entities;
- automation of procedures of collecting, conversion and data loading from the existing data sources;
- automation of procedures of reporting;
- formation of interactive reports for use by final business users.
Project Results
Thanks to implementation of IAS of Visiology the energy industry Bidding company received the tool of the analysis of purchasing activity with a possibility of operational creation of interactive reports both on own processes of the company, and at the request of clients — organizers of the procurement procedures performing biddings on the platform — the CEO energy industry Bidding Dmitry Sytin summed up the project results. |
The solution on the Visiology platform for the energy industry Bidding company is developed for the analysis of purchasing activity of electronic marketplace, this solution can be replicated and is successful be applied to other marketplaces — the CEO of Polymedia Elena Novikova noted. |
Polymedia continues development of the platform, including scaling of an analytical system on other sections of TEK-Torg ETP.
