"The national Union of Bread baking" and 1C will be advanced jointly by industry ERP solutions based on "1C: Enterprise"

"The national Union of Bread baking" and 1C Company agreed on May 24, 2018 about cooperation in development and promotion of industry ERP solutions of 1C at the enterprises of the baking and confectionery industry. The signatures under the memorandum of cooperation were appended by Yury Mugandin, the CEO of KBK Cheryomushki, the founder of "the National Union of Bread baking", and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev.
For coordination of efforts of "the National Union of Bread baking" and 1C Company in the field of optimization of activity of the enterprises of the baking and confectionery industry the agreement according to which it is planned was signed:
- Analyze experience of use at the member enterprises of the union of solutions of 1C Company for the purpose of their further development;
- Carry out monitoring, the analysis and mutual information exchange on structure of functional demand in the market of automation systems of the class ERP of the enterprises of the baking and confectionery industry;
- Advance industry ERP solutions of 1C Company and the advanced practicians of their application at the enterprises of the baking and confectionery industry of the Russian Federation, promoting ensuring effective management and the organization of accounting;
- Develop methodical materials for automation of basic processes of activity of the enterprises of the industry.
The bread produced by the large industrial enterprises, so-called "Factory bread" is a variety, quality and security. Industrial producers feed with bread more than 70% of the population both in the Russian Federation, and in Europe. The union sets before itself ambitious goals: achieve that in each corner of Russia it was possible to purchase the tasty, fresh, useful and qualitatively made bread at the affordable price. For this purpose it is necessary to provide completeness and timeliness of the normative legislation regulating bread baking. Achieve objectivity of examinations of quality of bread. Exclude bad faith and false representation of consumers about advantage of this social product. And, as a result to bring a concept of the Russian bread to the level of national non-material cultural heritage. And it should be promoted including modern automation systems, innovations in production and management — Yury Mugandin noted. |
