Cheryomushki

Cheryomushki plant — one of the leading complexes of the Moscow food industry which field of activity covers development, production and implementation of bread, bakery products, flour confectionery and cream cakes.

History

2006

Since 2006 the company opened the next activity, new to itself — production of flour products using technologies of freezing.

2003

In 2003 the Cheryomushki plant began step-by-step process of consolidation of the Russian enterprises of the baking and confectionery industries.

2000

From 2000th year Cheryomushki production of cakes and baking of long storage within which production of the packed cakes was completely automated became priority activity of KBK and the new industrial complex is open for products under TM "Rich Person".

1994

In 1994 the enterprise becomes joint-stock company, having saved at the same time profile activity and the main range of the made products.

1975

In Soviet period at plant the most modern is installed for those years a production equipment: the line mechanized line on puff products, the automated line of production of cakes, the equipment for unpacked storage of raw materials. Installation of the French line for production of biscuit cakes of long storage especially for which compoundings of Charodeyka and Muscovite cakes were developed became the key project of this period. In 1975 from the beginning of production of these products the new direction in the Russian confectionery market – cakes of long storage was created. Now the Cheryomushki plant produces the whole series of the packed cakes: Charodeyka, "Persian night", Honey pie, Karameliya, Napoleon, Tvorozhnik and others.

1973: Creation of the company

Confectionery bulochny the Cheryomushki plant was put into operation in April, 1973. The plant was created for the purpose of development of new confectionery technologies and compoundings and also for approbation of new production lines and their further implementation on other productions of the country. Providing with bread the new Moscow district of Cheryomushki which is under construction at that time was other task set for plant.
