UralChem and 1C develop partnership in information technology field

2018: Development of strategic cooperation

On May 25, 2018 UralChem and 1C Company signed on May 24, 2018 the agreement on development of strategic cooperation. The agreement was signed by the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev and the CEO UralChem Dmitry Konyaev.

Solutions on the platform "1C: 8" are used by Predpryatiye at the enterprises of the UralChem group since 2016. It is supposed that the signed agreement will contribute to the development of partnership in information technology field. One of the key directions of cooperation — exchange of the ideas, methodological practicians and project solutions 1C and UralChem for expansion of standard functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management of 8 Buildings" system taking into account the business processes working at practice.

Development of corporate systems in the field of performance management, protection of personal data, health protection of employees and development of paperless document flow using a software platform of 1C: Enterprise will become the next stage of cooperation.

We appreciate direct interaction with the Russian 1C developers during creation of new software solutions which helps to receive the ready-made products demanded by business with the minimum subsequent completions and performance improvement of a system. From the moment of our implementation in 2016 which was presented at business Russian market by the first the system of the next generation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to consolidate and make transparent personnel processes in base, uniform on all group. We managed to solve all questions and problems arising during the first implementation thanks to partnership with 1C Company — Svetlana Chekalova, the HR director of UCC UralChem told.

2016: Implementing solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8"

In 2016 in UCC UralChem implementation of a corporate system of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was complete. Using product 1C personnel processes and payroll taking into account specifics of the chemical industry for 10 thousand employees of holding in uniform base were unified and automated.
