On May 28, 2018, Naumen announced the introduction of the Naumen Service Desk system at Novaport. Read more about the project here.

It took 2 months to implement an automated system from work planning to commissioning.

Within the framework of Novaport, a CSC (Common Service Center) was created - a division that is responsible for servicing the entire network of airports. In the area of ​ ​ responsibility of the SSC is a complex of operations: accounting and tax accounting, MFIs, treasury operations, personnel administration and remuneration support, procurement support, legal function, IT. Naumen Service Desk is used in CSR to automate IT requests.

In the future, it is planned to organize the possibility of appeals on consultations and proposals in terms of service on personnel, accounting, legal and procurement issues, noted in Novaport.
