"Tielietai" constructed independent IT infrastructure for entry into the market of MVNO

The Forward Telecom company announced on May 30, 2018 creation of IT infrastructure for the Tielietai company designed to help it to enter the market of MVNO.

Project Tasks

The Tielietai company set the task to turn from the reseller of services of cellular communication Beeline (VimpelCom) into the status of the MVNO operator with own billing system. The Forward Telecom company became the partner in creation of the scheme of work. By June, 2018 independent IT infrastructure of the company was built.

Project Progress

The company since 2016 considered the possibility of creation of the virtual cellular operator. In 2017 the large-scale project on transformation of a system of work of "Tielietai" including replacement of a billing system with accent under specifics of MVNO was started.

For implementation of an effective objective business was faced by tasks:

• Sharing of number capacity VimpelCom and own;
• Updating of base of subscribers, increase in their profitability;
• Use of the postoplatny and prepaid systems;
• High-quality data exchange about subscribers with the basic operator;
• Preparation for transformation and transition to model of work of the MVNO operator.

For implementation of the tasks management of "Tielietai" selected Forward Billing SaaS — the cloud solution implemented by Forward Telecom company.

Forward Telecom prepared and implemented for "Tielietai" the solution based on a private cloud and also completely undertook everything integration and technical maintenance of a billing system. When implementing the project several products Forward Telecom were involved at once: Forward Billing is a convergent billing system for process automation of the telecom operator, Forward BPM — for business process automation, Forward PRM — for calculation of remunerations of partners, Forward SP — for integration with IT infrastructure of VimpelCom.

Project Results

The full-fledged convergent billing system of Forward Billing SaaS which is used by "Tielietai" allows the customer to create and offer the market modern tariff policy, nothing not inferior to offers of the big three, including to use a mnogobalansovost, numerous rewards and discount programs, to execute the configured quoting of balance and to implement difficult modern packets of data transmission with a possibility of tariffing depending on a traffic source — Sergey Saprykin, the CEO Forward Telecom said.

The cloud solution of Forward Billing SaaS by 2018 allowed "Tielietai" to build the independent IT infrastructure, the including modern billing system integrated with all necessary for elements of infrastructure of VimpelCom and allowing to render all range of services both own, and rendered together with VimpelCom. According to information Forward Telecom, accomplishment of this project brought closer the company to a full-fledged work as the MVNO operator.

In 2018 Forward Telecom continues cooperation with "Tielietai", rendering services in service support of a billing system and service of a cloud solution. Also at the companies the development plan and expansions of the solution for 2019 within which the companies prepare a number of interesting offers for an exit is approved.
