Mobile versions of RenNews and RenPro
On July 9, 2018 it became known that Renaissance of the Credit started mobile versions of the corporate websites for employees – the intranet of RenNews and the portal of training and development of RenPro. Now it is possible to use their services from the smartphone, having undergone the simple procedure of authentication.
Mobile versions provide access to all functions of corporate portals. Wherever there was an employee, in the presence of the Internet he will always be able: look at contacts of colleagues, specify the vacation schedule, get acquainted with news, send a card to the birthday boy and also complete the interesting remote course or an estimated action and submit the application for participation in the training program.
Our bank has wide geography – we are provided more than in 60 regions of the country, and the number of employees exceeds 6000. Internal portals are for us the important instrument of development of corporate culture. With their help we create a common information space, we support communications between the staff of different divisions, we hold the training and entertaining events. It gives the chance to save the involvement of personnel at steadily high level: according to results of all-bank poll of opinion of employees, involvement level at the end of 2017 was 80%. Mobile versions do our internal resources even more convenient. We very much hope that employees will use more often various functions of the corporate websites both at office, and beyond its limits. At the beginning of 2018 Renaissance of the Credit updated interfaces of two internal portals. The design was completely changed: basic color became black that is reflection of the current trends in design of the corporate websites. On the portal of training and development of RenPro works on updating of structure of all website were carried also out. As for RenNews, technical migration of the portal on the version of a software platform – SharePoint 2013 was performed. As the contractor of the project the TOPS Consulting company which is entering into Consist Business Group and having long-term experience of creation and implementation of portal solutions based on Microsoft was invited.
Migration and completion intranet portal
On June 4, 2018 it became known that the Tops Consulting company entering into Consist Business Group completed the project on migration and completion the intranet portal in Renaissance Credit bank.
For increase in the involvement of employees Renaissance of the Credit in work with a corporate portal and conveniences of its use by company management the decision on expansion of opportunities the intranet website and accumulation of its functionality was made. For this purpose in bank the project of migration and rebranding of the platform was implemented. Tops Consulting has experience of creation and implementation of portal solutions based on Microsoft.
The Renaissance Credit corporate portal is the geographically distributed information site for the solution of a set of working tasks and use of different services: reference book by employees, news feed, armoring negotiation, holding internal polls, photo and video galleries, calendar of events and so forth.
During the project developers and consultants were faced by problems of design of the design concept according to the interface, updates of sections, migrations of the portal on a software platform – SharePoint 2013. In a work progress a part of services was replaced with the current versions from the solution TOPS Intranet Portal for SharePoint 2013 that allowed to reduce a project deadline. The portal is available to all employees Renaissance of the Credit.
