On June 8, 2018 the AAM Sistemz company announced creation of a system of access and accounting of motor transport in the Rumyantsevo business park.

After market research the solution of Sistemz AAM company which met all stated requirements was selected. In a basis of a security system and access control of the Rumyantsevo business park the equipment of APOLLO company under control of the software package APACS 3000 laid down.
For the comfortable drive on the parking the long-range readers of Nedap company providing mark sensing at distance to 4 m and without stopping the car were used.
For ensuring access control of people on the territory of the business park the readers Nedap MACE Reader allowing to use not only the card, but also the normal smartphone as the identifier were selected.
The equipment APOLLO differs in high reliability. The average time of trouble-free operation of controllers is more than 2,000,000 hours. The additional fault tolerance of a system is connected with its architecture using repeated reservation of data and functionality. If there is an unforeseen event (the fire, a natural disaster, cracking attempt) and a part of the equipment will be put out of action, the rest of a system will continue work in a standalone mode, saving all data and the majority of functions. The users passing through access points do not even learn about the arisen technical issues.
The software package APACS 3000 maintains hardware functionality of APOLLO controllers and complements it with software applications. The interface of the APACS 3000 complex can be flexibly configured for each operator, according to the tasks which are carried out by it that allowed the Customer to limit access to functions and data according to requirements of security policy. From operators data and functions which are not required for them for work are completely hidden.
In the business park the APOLLO-APACS 3000 platform was integrated with the system of an execution of requests on visitors' the admission that allowed to save integrity of data and to avoid repeated input.
Initially at system implementation of access and to tourniquets of points of pass, and on entrance on the parking low-frequency readers of proximity-cards were installed. However, as it became clear at operation of a system, such solution was non-optimal. Other system more convenient technology of identification of cars - the long-range identification based on reading of passive RFID tags was selected. The equipment on all 25 entrances was replaced with the readers Nedap uPass Reach allowing to consider the identifier at distance to 4 m even without stopping the car.
As identifiers the passive tags which are not requiring replacement of batteries or other service during all term of use are used. The most widespread form factors are Windshield Tag modifications – a sticker on a windshield in inside of the car and Exterior Tag, a translucent compact tag for gluing from outer side of a body of the car.
"The used tags do not require difficult installation, are compact and hardly noticeable. However we came up also against a situation when car owners refused gluing even of a small sticker on the car. The organization of the journey equipped with the universal reader MACE Reader, the identifier allowing to consider from the smartphone became the solution. When changing readers for access to the building universal Mifare card readers and the MACE Reader smartphones from Nedap company were selected.
Specially developed cards Three with the area of memory reserved under the purposes of access control were issued to permanent employees of the business park that was approved with Moscow Department of Transport. It allowed employees of the business park to use the uniform map and for payment of journey on transport, and for an input in office.
Access on smartphones became one more possibility of pass. In this case the identifier registers in the normal smartphone. The readers MACE Reader provide pass both according to RFID cards, and on smartphones with operating system iOS and Android, supporting interfaces NFC and Bluetooth. The distance of reading of the smartphone when using the NFC interface makes in several cm, similarly contactless smart cards. By transfer of the identifier on Bluetooth the distance of reading increases to ten and more meters. So considerable distance is not always convenient as does not allow to identify unambiguously passing user therefore the readers MACE Reader allow to change this parameter, reducing range. As a part of readers in the Rumyantsevo business park were installed on the tourniquets standing nearby, the distance of reading was reduced to centimeters.
Visitors of business center Rumyantsevo pass through readers according to temporary admissions which are delayed cards receivers at the exit from the building.
As a result the customer received a system which successfully functions more than 10 years.
