"The first BIT" implemented in "Project equipment" the solution "BIT .FINANS for 1C: Enterprise management"

On June 9, 2018 The First BIT company announced implementation in Proyekt-tekhnika corporation of the solution "BIT .FINANS for 1C: Enterprise management of ERP 2". A system allowed corporation to automate processes of budgeting, treasury and control of payments. Thereby the transparency, quality and information processing rate was increased.

Earlier process of approval of agreements and requests for a funds expenditure was carried out to "Project equipment" in several different software products. It badly affected data processing rate and quality of the made decisions. Therefore the management of corporation set the task of creation of the unified information system.

Implementation of this project was entrusted specialists of the First BIT from project office "Paveletskaya". For February-October, 2017 they managed to implement subsystems Budgeting and Treasury and also the product "1C: Document Flow". More than 200 jobs in corporation were as a result automated.
