Docs on bpm’online is a management system for corporate information on the bpm'online platform.

The Docs on bpm'online ECM system allows to conduct registration, approval and accounting of documents, appointment and control of execution of tasks, covers all lifecycle of work with agreements, orders and other document types.

2018: Cloud EDMS Docs on bpm'online

On September 18, 2018 it became known that Software technologies released the updated product – the cloud workflow system Docs on bpm'online.

Software technologies of Docs on bpm'online call EDMS which is focused on delivery according to the SaaS model (Software as a service is the software as service) and it is capable to maintain high loads during the work in a cloud that is provided with use of modern industrial DBMS (MS SQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL – at choice of the customer).

The solution is constructed based on the domestic platform of management business processes Terrasoft bpm’online. Unlike the predecessor, the updated Docs on bpm'online system is an independent product, but not just the addition to the platform. The product combines in itself the EDMS classical functions (electronic document management systems) – management of documents, office and archive, control of performing discipline – and technology capacities in combination with the fundamental principles of a cloud platform of bpm'online.

Thanks to bpm'online platform opportunities the provided EDMS is capable to transfer to a cloud basic processes of interaction with documents (registration, acquaintance, approval, execution, reviewing) even for those organizations which on a daily basis process thousands of documents.

Based on tested, the bpm'online platform was entered in the State register of the certified information security tools of the Russian Federation. Thanks to it use of EDMS on its basis conforms to requirements of Federal law No. 152-FZ "About personal data".

Work with the document in the Docs on bpm'online system

For September, 2018 a system maintains functionality of the electronic signature. In the following release developers promise to add the qualified electronic signature and integration with operators of e-document flow.

Creators of this EDMS also provided a possibility of its deployment on more usual to the Russian clients of the on-site model – i.e., on the customer's servers with access for employees to a system through the web client whose work is possible in the majority of popular browsers.

Despite close interrelation with the Terrasofta platform, Docs on bpm’online there is completely autonomous software product which can work also in complete isolation from external services bpm'online and cloud infrastructure.

The cost of the solution depends on the number of users and begins from 23.4 thousand rubles a year (at deployment in a cloud of the company).

"Smart" document flow

EDMS Docs on bpm'online allows to implement "smart" document flow in the organization which means not only the predicted filling of fields in cards or analytics of performing discipline, but also combination of managerial concepts.

A system at the same time implements opportunities adaptive a case management (DCM) and business process managements (BPM). The solution allows to enter documents both manually, and automatically – from the scanner or from e-mail, and then itself defines document type on the basis of its text. Besides, Docs on bpm’online can automatically integrate different document types in business on the set signs (for example, on belonging to one project or the partner).

Routes of approval of documents can be saved as templates. Thereby the library of corporate cases forms – on their basis it is possible to process quicker similar documents in the future, increasing the overall performance of the organization.
