Giprogor (ITAN: Management Balance)

For solving of tasks on automation the GIPROGOR company invited specialists of ITAN company. During the project on implementation the following works were performed:

• Setup of the managerial chart of accounts;
• The Meppinga setup (the card of compliance) of the chart of accounts of RAS and management accounting and rules of broadcast of postings of RAS in managerial postings;
• Setup of managerial reference books;
• Development of new standard managerial documents;
• Setup of rules of closing of month;
• Setup of the main forms of the management reporting is Balance, "Profit and loss statement" and "Report on Cash Flow".

Setup software "ITAN: Management Balance" was carried out according to the developed document "The Technical Proposal on Setup of the ITAN: Management Balance Software Product for the purposes of Conducting Management Accounting according to Requirements of the Customer". As a result of implementation which continued 2 months the company management of "GIPROGOR" received the modern instrument of management accounting and the reporting necessary for acceptance of effective management decisions, monitoring and financial analysis of the company.
