ASE Group (AO ASYA) (IBM Maximo)

Affiliated enterprise of Rosatom State Corporation — joint-stock company the ASE engineering company — looks for the developer for creation of a prototype of a management system for operation of nuclear power station based on software of Maximo for Nuclear Power developed by IBM^[1]. Data on the corresponding tender were posted in June, 2018 on the website zakupki.gov.ru. The starting maximum price of the contract is stated at the level of 28.47 million rubles.

As probable contractors small and medium-sized businesses are specified. The contractor at offices AO IK of "ASE" in Moscow and St. Petersburg and also in the Volgodonsk branch of the company and at own office will work.

What is required from the contractor

The contract means development of a prototype on the basis of the demonstration stand of a process management system of operation and also providing recommendations for creation in AO IK of "ASE" of Competence center IBM Maximo. When developing the version of Maximo for Nuclear Power not lower than 7.6 should be used. The prototype should work in the mode of demonstration and trial operation and also to be unrolled on the virtual machine.

The prototype will consist of program and hardware parts. The contractor of the contract will create a program code and will configure functionality of a prototype and also will provide on it the reference information, necessary for its work. The customer will provide the prototype hardware prior to execution of works.

In the created prototype bypasses of reactor workshop in the volume specified in a task should be implemented. The possibility of collaboration in process of bypasses with mobile application should be provided also, at the same time execution of works on the party of the mobile solution is not included into the contract.

Also maintaining magazines, forms of control, the check sheets and the sheets used by operation personnel of RTs-2 should be implemented. Besides, the contractor should develop the mechanism of the automated release from the system of printed forms in the approved format.

Also the developer should implement functionality of preparation of a workplace as a part of business process "Work permit", to develop process charts for reglamenty works in the course of bypasses as operation personnel, to provide in a prototype integration or migration of functionality and data from other information systems. In addition, the prototype should provide identification, authentication and authorization of users on a role model.

Besides, from the contractor it is required that the prototype saved working capacity and recovered functions of modules after errors and abnormal resets. Also it will be necessary to configure copying and data recovery. The fault tolerance is going to be provided due to virtualization and a clustering. There has to be a possibility of further accumulation of performance and computing powers.

Software of a prototype her client, the system of reports generation, the office suite and additional software should include the system software, DBMS, a management system for the application server, a management system for operation. The client interface should be in Russian and English. Web clients are given preference before the clients working in the terminal mode.
