Apple Wallet

Wallet Apple is universal storage of numbers of credit, debit and prepaid cards and also cards of shops, boarding passes, tickets at cinema, coupons, bonus cards, etc.

Thanks to Wallet it is possible to use cards on the iPhone device to check in for the flight, to add or write off bonus points, to go to cinema or to repay the coupon. Cards also may contain such useful information as balance on the discount card, validity period of the discount coupon, number of the place in the concert hall and many other things.

Adding of cards

It is possible to add the card to the Wallet program by the following methods:

• using the programs supporting Wallet;
• using the Mail or Messages program;
• by means of the web browser;
• scanning of a barcode or QR code;
• through the general access to AirDrop;
• on the Mac computer
• having clicked the notification of the Wallet program received by you at payment using the Apple Pay at the seller connected to this service.

Apple Pay setup

On iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices or later model it is also possible to add credit, debit cards and prepaid cards to the Wallet program for payment of purchases using the Apple Pay.

In Japan it is possible to add the Suica card to the Apple Pay also.

In the territory of the USA it is possible to exchange money with friends and relatives via the Apple Pay and the Apple Pay Cash.

2018: Mobile access in student's cards with Wallet Apple

On June 19, 2018 the company ASSA Abloy announced that the company works on support of mobile access in student's cards with Wallet Apple. When student's cards are added to Wallet Apple on iPhone with iOS 12 or Apple Watch with OS5 OS, students and teachers will receive easier and convenient way to open doors, to make payments in a campus and around it and also to use other functions of the card in the campus.
