"Puls-M" — mobile application for devices based on OS iOS and Android, allowing buyers of Magnit shops to send to the management of network the wishes and notes on work of outlets.
The application is own development of Magnit retail network. Modular approach provides flexibility of a system and operational implementation of changes in the program.
2018: Launching
The retail network "Magnit" announced on June 26, 2018 creation of mobile application of "Puls-M" which allows clients to direct the wishes and notes on work of outlets in the online mode. IT specialists of the company used cross-platform tools that allowed to make operation of application convenient on different devices.
Using the program buyers of Magnit shops can estimate work of objects at several clicks, tell what is pleasant or is not pleasant. For assessment several criteria are created: service, goods quality, range, existence of these or those products, purity of the premises, technical faults and other. Each category contains detailed indicators. For example, the service level at the checkout includes existence or lack of queues, work of employees, appearance of personnel and others. Visitors can take pictures and send them together with assessment.
Information quickly arrives to the management of specific shop for elimination of notes or consideration of offers. At head office of retail network statistics for systems analysis of the offered changes is formed.
Such channel of interaction helps the company to raise the service level and to learn what aspects in business processes require bigger attention, to react quickly to wishes of buyers, to optimize service, offers, the range. The application automatically determines a geoposition of the visitor and suggests to select the nearest shop. It is also possible to find an object by the name of the street.
We consider that the service will interest millenials — the buyers who are actively involved in use of digital technologies. Providing the answer to visitors about the made decision will become the next stage of development of the application — the operating officer of retail network "Magnit" Artem Smolensky noted. |
