On June 27, 2018 the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU was announced start of complex service Venda for lease of online cash desks for the vending machine, vending machines, including terminals for payment of services (parking meters, etc.) by which includes lease of online cash desk with the installed fiscal drive, annual connection to the fiscal data operator and complete maintenance of cash desk. Venda allows the companies using vending machines to transfer quickly business to compliance 54-FZ "About use of the cash register equipment".
The solution assumes monitoring of technical condition of cash desks, timely replacement of fiscal drives in case of memory fill or the expiration of their work, balancing of loading by checks during the peak periods with the guaranteed sending checks to buyers and in FTS and many other things. Online cash desks are set in the protected hi-tech data center of the Tier III level. At the same time one online cash desk of Venda service can service at the same time up to 20 automatic machines of the entrepreneur.
| Transition to this order of use of the cash register equipment is especially relevant now for the vending machine as in 2018 this sphere of business should begin to use online cash desks. As much as possible to simplify this process, we started Venda service using which in the mode of "one window" it is possible to pass to this order quickly. We predict that not less than 65% of the market of the vending machine will use the solution. In July, 2018 according to 54-FZ "About use of the cash register equipment" the organizations and the SP (with hired employees) using vending machines are obliged to begin to apply online cash desks and to transfer fiscal data to FTS through the fiscal data operators (FDO).
On June 21, 2018 the State Duma in the third reading adopts bill No. 344028-7 which enters amendments to 54-FZ, defining how and when to use the cash register equipment to the vending machine. The bill provides that owners of vending machines (including vending) can use one cash desk for several automatic machines at observance of the following conditions:
- the automatic device is not used when calculating for excisable, technically difficult goods and also the goods which are subject to obligatory marking;
- on the body of the automatic machine its easily readable serial number is specified.
Also since 2/1/2020 when calculating on the display of the vending machine the QR code should be displayed. It is not obligatory to issue the paper check. If the client until calculation did not provide directory number or the e-mail address – it is possible not to send to the buyer and the electronic check.
