The retail network "Magnit" announced on June 27, 2018 the beginning of large-scale implementation of online collection using the automated deposit machines Moniron ADM 6.
Tasks
Project objective is equipment by the modern equipment of all shops of the company, including outlets in the most remote regions. It is planned that until the end of 2018 the number of the installed machines will exceed 10 thousand pieces.
Project Progress
Project implementation became result of tripartite cooperation of Magnet, Gazprombank and Profindustry. Thanks to joint work other ADM model was created essentially, told in retail network.
Development of devices was conducted according to requests of the retailer. Machines are compact and do not demand from employees of special preparation and skills. Complete separation of operational zones, the service block and safe with a cash liquidity therefore maintenance of the equipment, introduction of banknotes, process of collection are isolated from each other is provided in ADM.
Solution
Moniron ADM 6 in the automatic mode makes deposition of banknotes, defines authenticity of notes, performs online transfer of funds for the checking account of the company and gives an opportunity to store cash. On a withdrawal of Magnet, installation of devices reduces costs for processing and collection of means.
The equipment ensures safety of storage of money due to the high degree of protection including several levels. Thanks to ADM at personnel time for document creation, recalculation of money is reduced, errors are excluded. In the online mode the employee enters notes to the machine. Money is instantly credited to the checking account of the company and passes into an area of responsibility of bank. Thus, the frequency of visits of collectors decreases that significantly influences cost reduction — the associate director of financial department of retail network "Magnit" Alexey Tanyansky specified. |
The technology of online collection using ADM is an innovation in such conservative segment of the market as processing of cash revenue of the companies. Use of ADM — case win-win example of implementation for the client, bank and the collector company as allows to optimize collection logistics, processing of cash and speed of transfer of revenue into accounts.
