Passed Klyuchavto to intercorporate electronic document management

On June 27, 2018 the Directum company announced transition of KLYUCHAVTO autoholding to intercorporate electronic document management (e-document flow) of Synerdocs that allowed to cut down clerical expenses and to accelerate delivery of documents.

The reasons of transition of holding to e-document flow was at least two. First, in "KLYuChAVTO" a great number of legal entities with impressive document flow. All companies render services and deliver goods, including each other. Secondly, the organizations are in several regions: Krasnodar Krai, Rostov region, Moscow, etc. For this reason it was necessary to send documents by mail, with drivers, through other employees earlier. At the same time, the set of invoices, delivery notes was lost in way therefore often documents were exposed and went again.

Operational exchange of documents and the guaranteed delivery — a task which the management of holding set for the Synerdocs command in 2014. Later half a year after start of the project 55 organizations exchanged electronic primary accounting documents. By 2018 the number of legal entities in SBSV-KLYUCHAVTO Group LLC increased up to 73. Monthly they transfer each other up to 6500 electronic invoices, acts, laid on (TORG-12) and invoices for payment. The integration solution Synerdocs and 1C allows the user to send primary documents, without quitting the usual accounting system.

According to the results of the project users can use cancellation of documents and approve them in one company. One more important project deliverable — all transferred and received documents are stored in uniform electronic archive. The employee can find documents for several seconds, for this purpose he needs to set necessary search options only.
