In Administration of the Maloyaroslavetsky region of the Kaluga region the project on taxation improvement is implemented. Thousands of a real estate which are earlier not included in a taxable basis are revealed.
Within the project on the platform Parus is automated municipal accounting, data exchange with EGRN and FTS base is configured, characteristics more than 100,000 real estate are compared and analyzed. The real estate which for various reasons was absent in a taxable basis are as a result set. In particular, the property right at 26% of all objects of capital construction of the Maloyaroslavetsky area belonging to individuals was not issued.
Besides, the land plots and buildings which are not registered in cadastre, objects with incorrect or incomplete characteristics (the area, cadastral cost, category of lands, a type of the permitted use, etc.) and also the real estate which is not entered to FTS base as a result of a technical error or omission of employees are revealed.
On the next stage of the project it is going to integrate a system Parus with GIS service of Rostelecom company. It will allow to compare attributive characteristics of a real estate with space data of orthophotographing of lands for ensuring the maximum completeness of data on the land plots and objects of capital construction.
