Technoserv implements the system of unified communications for RAC MiG
On July 2, 2018 Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, announced end of the first stage of upgrade of a telephone network of JSC Rossiyskoy samoletostroitelnoy korporatsii MiG (RAC MiG).
Within the project Technoserv implemented the modern solution in the field of telephony integrating in itself classical and VoIP-technologies and upgraded the system of unified communications for RAC MiG. Upgrade of a telephone network and creation of a system of unified communications are implemented on the main platforms of the enterprise in Moscow and the Moscow region.
The implemented solution allows the staff of the enterprise to communicate with each other in real time, using different types of channels and technologies of communication, including a video and voice communication. Besides, RAC MiG had an opportunity:
- to pass completely to the IP telephony;
- save on long-distance and international negotiations;
- it is essential to increase communication quality;
- minimize maintenance overheads;
- minimize a downtime of the equipment at the expense of reserve platforms and balancing of loading.
At the first stage of the project specialists of Technoserv booked audit of the existing system and revealed needs of the customer. Work included creation of the general description of the available system, the analysis of the plan of routing of calls, fixation of settings of system and user functions, etc. Also works on installation of the new equipment and upgrade of the existing PBX of the enterprise were carried out, including the new system software is set and configured, the new subscriber base of automatic telephone exchange is created.
Engineers of Technoserv mount and customize the system of unified communications to which 3200 subscribers of RAC MiG are transferred, full reservation of a system is executed, the main services of unified communications are configured. Besides, Technoserv carries out integration of telephony with the current automatic telephone exchanges of the enterprise that will provide smooth transfer of all subscribers to services of unified communications.
