On July 12, 2018 the Sinto company announced carrying out electric installation work on 4 gas turbine units of JSC ODK-Gazovye turbiny. In 2017 JSC ODK-Gazovye turbiny signed the delivery contract of 6 GTA-6RM units for the second queue of gas turbine power station on the Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye field, PJSC Rosneft.
Within the general project on production of gas turbine units before Sinto company there was a problem of accomplishment of electric installation work on different nodes of GTA-6RM units with a rated power of 6 MW everyone. GTA-6RM units are manufactured in block and container execution with an opportunity for work on two types of fuel (associated petroleum gas and diesel fuel). As the power unit gas turbine GTD-6RM drives of production of PJSC UEC Saturn are used.
Within the project, from August to December, 2017, electric installation work on GTA-6RM units is performed:
- Wiring of the block module SCD
- Wiring of electric heaters of the block module SCD
- Wiring of lighting on a roof of the block module SCD
- Gas metering wiring
- Wiring of the sensor of gas contamination of SO
- Wiring of the block module of the turbine generator
- Wiring of a ventilation system of container TG
- Wiring of the TK-6 turbine generator
- Wiring of the block of power block and container GTA-6RM
- Wiring of block and container GTA-6RM.
The Sinto company noted that warranty obligations make 36 months. If during warranty operation of results of works the defects interfering normal operation are found, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate them at own expense in the terms coordinated with the Customer.
