The ID-Print system actually executes a gateway role between production and a warehouse in some questions.
ID-Print solves the following problems:
- printing of labels of the necessary size at different technology stages taking into account all required parameters on the basis of the data obtained from SAP EWM. Recovery and printing of labels manually on the instructions of the user;
- ensuring communication of production and warehouse;
- control over production from production;
- integration with ERP regarding data on the production order, sending these data to EWM;
- ensuring integration of management systems and production equipment: the applicator/scanner of the pallet label to lines of a flood, the printer/applicator of the packaging label on a filling line, the distributor on transpallet sleeves on a finished goods warehouse.
