"Polar bear" controls return of documents about "Scan Archive"

On July 16, 2018 the Gendalf company announced implementation of electronic archive in Polar bear company.

The company works more than 10 years at the market and saved up about 300,000 documents in paper archive: as own, and from suppliers. Earlier at the staff of the organization a lot of time for reconciliations and paper work left. And each request for providing the paper document from FTS was followed by hours of search in folders and requests at partners. In general because of big document flow it was difficult to control receipt of documents from hundreds of partners. Document flow needed ordering.

To reduce time for search of the necessary documents, the management of Bely Medved LLC made the decision to purchase the Scan Archive program developed by Gendalf company. This program is intended for control of return of documents directly in 1C, quick access to their electronic copies and mass unloading at tax audits.

At the time of implementation "Scan Archive" the company conducted work with 20 prime vendors and 1,100 buyers. The technical specialists of Sovremennye tekhnologii i elektronnaya kommertion LLC implementing the Scan Archive program configured synchronization with non-standard base "1C: Trade Management" which was used by Polar bear. Transferred paper archive for 2017-2018 to the program.

Bely Medved LLC noted that after implementation "Scan Archive" process of work with documents significantly became simpler as employees got online access to them, but not returned documents began to be selected in 1C in color. In process of receipt documents are entered to the program. For July, 2018 the number of the documents which are monthly entered by the employee of Polar bear to base is 2,500 units. Also, with implementation "Scan archive", search of the necessary documents became simpler that it is important in case of urgent requests from regulatory authorities.
