The ER-Telecom Holding company is going to transfer within several years to the automated system of SAP Workforce developed together with SAP CIS, planning of all requests for connection and the service arriving from clients. On July 17, 2018 the SAP CIS company reported about it.
It will give to ER-Telecom company the chance not only to optimize them and to manage flexibly human resources, but also will allow to make service engineers more universal specialists.
Technical solution is started in 35 cities, with its help the operator in the online mode coordinates work of the technical specialists who work out of office and connect clients. A system helps to increase customer service quality and to optimize scheduling of works. As a result the average time of connection of subscribers was reduced to 1-2 days. In a system about 1300 people work.
SAP Workforce is integrated with IT systems of the operator and allows clients to select convenient time of a visit of the employee of the company at a stage of signing of the contract, to make optimal routes of movement of specialists, to quickly make changes to their work plan. Special mobile application gives the chance to send reports for work right after accomplishment of the request. All data accumulate in a uniform dash-bord.
