MSP Bank transferred settlement infrastructure to Central Bank of the Russian Federation payment system

On July 23, 2018 the Diasoft company and MSP Bank announced project completion on transfer of settlement infrastructure of bank on the Flextera platform on payment system of the Bank of Russia. This project became an example of practical application of the principles of agile in the organization of work of a command.

The project was initiated by the management of MSP of Bank due to the need of fulfillment of requirements of the Bank of Russia stated in Provision of 7/6/2017 to No. 595-P "About payment system of the Bank of Russia". In project implementation the agile-technologies offered Diasoft – model of interaction and flexible coordination of work of project teams were used.

It was impossible execute such project without change of style and technologies of interaction. We accepted to pass the offer of Diasoft company to modern technologies of agile development and used the agile-principles in design, implementation, acceptance and transfer of systems to commercial operation. At us it turned out not in words, and in practice to construct a highly effective agile-command. We estimated this successful experience and we are going to use agile-methods and in other projects. Special approach to maintaining the project significantly reduced time necessary for completion, implementation, setup and check of banking products, promoted increase in efficiency of specialists of bank and Diasoft company. Along with accomplishment of the main project works also adjacent products were improved – technologies of work with ruble and currency payment documents are unified, high-speed performance of the main settlement chains is increased.
