Appointment of Sergey Zakharov Chief information officer

Appointment of Artem Aleshkin as CEO
In February 2025, Interleasing LLC announced the appointment of a new head. It will be Artem Aleshkin, who until February 2025 worked as the chief executive officer of Sovcombank Factoring LLC. On September 18, 2024, it became known that Interleasing LLC, registered in St. Petersburg, had changed its owner. The widow of the ex-owner of Uralsib, Lyudmila Kogan, no longer controls Interleasing directly.

The founders of IL Holding are Lyudmila Kogan and Yulia Gavrilova, who also holds the post of general director. The main type of work of the organization is the activities of holding companies.

Interleasing is reportedly considering an initial public offering (IPO). The procedure is expected to be implemented no earlier than 2025. Capitalization of up to 30 billion rubles is important for the company, a discount of 20%. Interleasing management will enter the placement if it decides that the transaction is appropriate for the company.
