The VTB bank (Armenia) implemented the RBS platform from eKassir

On July 26, 2018 the eKassir company announced implementation of the RBS platform in VTB Bank (Armenia).

According to the company, for quality improvement of service and also providing the remote banking (RB) to the clients of the modern and convenient tool the VTB Bank (Armenia) on the basis of the DigitalBankingPlatform RBS system started Mobile Bank and the updated Internet Bank. The updated single platform is developed taking into account successful international the practician of remote customer service - wide functionality of account management, money transfer, payment of services, currency exchange, etc. is available to users.

As it was reported, the implemented platform is localized and available in three languages: Armenian, Russian and English, - also implements difficult multiple currency transactions. Mobile applications have the friendly and modern interface, support the high level of security and different scenarios of authorization, including a sensing technology of the user on a fingerprint and persons on the smartphone.

Remote links of bank service not just a trend in bank service, and a necessary condition for creation of service. Thanks to the mobile applications and the updated Internet Bank developed from eKassir, our clients got access to 24/7 demanded services. It allows us to provide the high level of service conforming to modern technology standards. According to the results of 6 months about 20.000 clients of VTB Bank (Armenia) managed to issue service Mobile bank and actively use it. For the same period the Bank managed to display about 7% of daily transactions of clients to the canal Mobile bank which 35% are performed from clients out of working time that proves demand of remote services out of operational watch of Bank. In 2018 the Bank is going to develop functionality of Mobile bank, complementing with such demanded services as transfers from the map on the card, demonstration of an actual balance of cards and other. RBS system implementation based on the products eKassir in VTB Bank (Armenia) – the project, big and interesting to us. We completed the first stage when executed integration with the back office systems of Bank and implemented all basic functionality for Internet users and mobile applications. This project is interesting by the tasks of adaptation of the platform under multilingualism to us and to management of different currency products.
