Labels with tags based on a bacteriorhodopsin are protected from counterfeits and can be applied to marking of a wide range of products: excise stamps, tickets, securities, food and industrial products with any seriality of production.
The producer of goods can place on the label any additional information, including for tracking of products according to the database of the enterprise. Actually the tag confirms authenticity of information placed on the label.
Labels with bakteriorodopsinovy tags can be the different size, depending on products made by the enterprise that does them by means of identification, convenient for application within the system of goods marking created in Russia.
The element of a tag is protected by a polymeric layer that excludes a negative impact of dust, humidity and temperature on its safety and functional properties. According to Technomash, a bacteriorhodopsin - the containing films save the properties more than 17 years of storage at a daylight and temperatures from –40 °C to +40 °C. For the purposes of additional protection the removals destroyed in attempt materials which will not allow to transfer the label with a protective tag to other product can be applied.
2018: Creation of production of the labels protected from counterfeits
TsNITI the Technomash entering into Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec together with the private investor creates production of the self-adhesive superprotected labels with tags on the basis of a bacteriorhodopsin. It is easy to verify authenticity of the label visually without use of the additional hardware, and the production technology of bakteriodopsinovy tags excludes a possibility of counterfeit, reported on July 30, 2018 in Rostec.
The technology is based on properties of a bacteriorhodopsin — photosensitive protein which changes color at change of illumination. For creation of a bacteriorhodopsin synthesis of protein which is so difficult technology process that excludes a possibility of its organization out of specialized production and, as a result, counterfeit of tags is used. The complex of technological solutions is protected by patents of the Russian Federation.
It is "smart" technology on a joint of optics, electronics and biology. The technology of receiving this protein used abroad more costly and less effective. The cost of unit of import biomaterial for production of one tag is several orders higher than material cost, made on our technology. At the same time labels with tags can be applied to marking of a wide range of products: excise stamps, tickets, securities, food and industrial products with any seriality of production. The world market of marking is estimated at several hundred millions of euros and our development, certainly, has the export potential — the chief executive of State Corporation Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko said. |
It is possible to verify authenticity of a tag not only a visual, but also hardware method. Devices for hardware identification of tags can be executed in the form of built in (for example, in devices of scanning of barcodes, an automated system of control of passengers) or wearable devices. Speed of determination of authenticity of a tag can be from 0.1 to 0.5 seconds, the mass of the wearable device — to 200 grams, the device sizes — 100×60×40 mm3, work duration before replacement of a battery — from 4 to 8 hours.
The wear resistance is defined by the choice widely and the self-adhesive carriers which are variously presented at the market and can be picked up for each specific type of goods, according to its features.
The project of creation of production of the self-adhesive superprotected labels is implemented by TsNITI Technomash and the private investor on behalf of JSC Dmitrovsky Krakhmal. As noted, to products of the created enterprise already showed interest both the Russian, and foreign companies which are engaged in production of packaging and food.
