Biography

Oleg was born on November 9, 1975.

In 1998 got an education at the Military university Russian Defense Ministry

In 2009 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2014 completed prof retraining according to "The program of preparation of the highest level of the managerial personnel" in the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

From 1993 to 2002 served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In 2003 and for 2010 worked in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosoboronexport.

From 2011 to 2012 worked as the development director of VTS-service LLC.

From 2013 to 2016 was the chief of staff of the CEO of Rostec State Corporation.
