Kogalym the NGO Service optimizes contractual processes and office using DirectumRX

On August 1, 2018 Directum announced optimization of contractual processes and office using DirectumRX in Kogalym NPO Service LLC.

Till 2014 the company was the child organization LUKOIL-West Siberia LLC. After obtaining the status of the isolated organization the management thought of own electronic document management system. The associate director on development saw functionality necessary for them in DirectumRX.

Earlier in the company the corporate information system of "NORDIS/2" in which storage of agreements was organized was already used. However it was necessary to automate:

• consideration entering and approval of outgoing correspondence;
• creation and approval of orders and memos;
• contractual processes.

Thanks to the involvement of the management of Kogalym NPO Service LLC in 3 months of joint work with the DIRECTUM command in the company modules "are implemented by DirectumRX: Office-work" and "DirectumRX: Agreements". The working group of the company conducted data migration about 700 partners from the NORDIS/2 system independently, also in DirectumRX more than 300 agreements and 180 supplementary agreements were brought.

Daily in a system 120 users work, 55 documents and about 100 tasks are created. Many employees already managed to estimate advantages of a system and mobile work with the help applications DIRECTUM Jazz. In the long term Kogalym NPO Service LLC is going to automate processes of management of meetings and to adjust intercorporate document flow.
