NORDIS/2

The corporate information system of Nordis/2 is developed for medium-sized, large and superlarge enterprises, associations and intended for complex automation in the field of accounting, tax and financial accounting.

Nordis/2 system is open for interaction with other information systems. Advantages of different corporate information systems to complex process automation of management and technologies of the specific enterprise allow to use the integration technologies and solutions created by ALEKTA company most effectively.

At the heart of a design philosophy of a corporate information system Nordis / 2 the special requirements imposed by specifics of large production associations lie.

• The geographically-distributed structure of the enterprises, layered design of management, tens of separate divisions with a separate balance within one legal entity assume the organization of a common information space: the uniform normative reference information (NRI) and the structure of analytical accounting (SAA), complete corporate document flow, obtaining the reporting at the level of structural divisions, territorial and production associations and the organization in general.

The corporate information system of Nordis/2 functions under control of MS Windows. As DBMS the Microsoft SQL Server of 2005 is used.

The interrelation of subsystems of Nordis/2 system reflects business processes of manufacturing enterprise. Storage of information entered into a system in the single database provides interrelation of subsystems and sections of accounting without the need for additional actions for export/import of data between jobs or repeated information input.

Changes of NORDIS/2: Federal law 343-FZ and Order of FTS N MMB-7-3/611 @

The ALEKTA company released the new version (v7.1 PFT5), a corporate information system of Nordis/2 which supports requirements of Federal law No. 343-FZ of 12/8/2010 and also the Order of FTS of 11/17/2010 N MMB-7-3/611 @.

Help: The federal law of 12/8/2010 N 343-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on a Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood":

• Makes changes to the Federal law of December 29, 2006 N 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on a case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood"
• Regulates a wages determination order for the periods to 2010
  – Defines a procedure of payments during a transient period 2010/2011.

The order of FTS of 11/17/2010 N MMB-7-3/611 @ "About the statement of a form of data on income of individuals and recommendations about its filling, a format of data on income of individuals in electronic form, reference books".

According to changes of requirements of the legislation since January 1, 2011 in the new version of NORDIS/2 system in a subsystem "Payroll" the following functionality is implemented:

1. In tasks "Calculations for an average", "Setup of calculations for an average", "Personal setup of calculations for an average", Personal account are executed completions regarding calculation of temporary disability benefits, on pregnancy and childbirth, monthly allowances on child care since January 1, 2011 in connection with adoption of the Federal law of 12/8/2010 N 343-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on a Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood"".

The list of changes is quits temporary disability benefits, on pregnancy and childbirth, a monthly allowance on child care with 01.2011, implemented in NORDIS/2 system (v7.1 PFT5).

2. "Tax references" are reflected changes in the reporting under the PIT since January 1, 2010 in connection with the Order of FTS of 11/17/2010 N MMB-7-3/611 in a task @ "About the statement of a form of data on income of individuals and recommendations about its filling, a format of data on income of individuals in electronic form, reference books":

• printed form of the 2-PIT statement is changed (see);
• changes are made to reference books of income codes and codes of deductions.
