Berlin-Pharma was increased by effective management of maintenance using the module SAP PM

On August 9, 2018 it became known that the pharmaceutical company "Berlin-Pharma" and TeamIdea, the partner SAP completed the project on implementation of the module SAP Plant Maintanance.

The choice of the partner in implementation from outside Berlin-Pharma was based on results of tender with the state participation where specialists of TeamIdea offered the most optimal project implementation plan. Work on integration of the module SAP PM into business processes of the company was conducted for 9 months. During this time forces of the partner companies achieved good results on process automation of TORO (maintenance and repair of the equipment) and transfer of transactions from manual and semi-manual on system level. Result of achievements became including reduction of a repair and service time of the equipment for 20%, increase in forecast accuracy and accuracy in forecasting of need for spare parts for 30%. Thus, Berlin-Pharma received useful functionality for the increasing line of the internal business processes.

The company is going to develop further functionality and to connect other components of the module SAP PM.
