Vladimir Bereslavets graduated from the Ufa state aviation technical university majoring in "The information and measuring equipment and technologies", Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation as "A master of business administration".

To Huawei Technical companies there went the way from the technical specialist to the vice president for regional development.

Worked in Ektiv Telecom company at a post of the advisor to director general for the telecommunications direction.
