Rubius DrEAM

Rubius DrEAM is a management system for maintenance and repairs of the equipment (MRO). As of November, 2020 the product any more is not supported by developer company.

When developing Rubius DrEAM long-term experience of Rubius company in development of systems of management of fixed assets of the enterprises of oil and chemical industry among which — divisions of Gazprom, Rosneft and other companies is considered.

A system increases work planning accuracy taking into account standards of a MRO for an equipment operating time. On the basis of actual data a system automatically plans dates of the following repairs. Rubius DrEAM helps to reduce frequency of repairs without decrease in reliability of the equipment that allows to optimize costs of the enterprise for scheduled preventive maintenance.

Rubius DrEAM is intended for automation of work of the services responsible for serviceable technical condition of the equipment, and solves the following main objectives:

• Certification of the equipment
  • Rubius DrEAM allows to keep the configured passports of the equipment and to consider its technical characteristics, standards of service and also defects, failures, stops and idle times. For descriptive reasons and fast navigation the hierarchical structure of the equipment can be presented in the form of trees, tables, lists and even 3D models.

• Planning
  • On the basis of standards or information on the actual operating time of the equipment of Rubius DrEAM automatically calculates scheduled plans of repairs, surveys or hardware maintenance. Scheduled plans can be planned for month, quarter or year. A system allows to synchronize work of adjacent services (mechanics, power engineering specialists, technologists, etc.) and automates issue of work permits for works.

• Execution and control
  • Thanks to electronic journals of works and the report about execution of the Party of Pensioners of Russia it is possible to trace the course of accomplishment of plans in real time. The mobile automated workplace gives to contractors an opportunity to report on the performed works and to receive notifications on the coming or stitched tasks, automates inspections of the equipment and introduction of the defect information.

• Analysis and reporting
  • The built-in analytical module allows to make the plan-fact analysis of execution of plans, to plan the needs for material resources, to calculate optimal terms of execution of works. The module of creation of the reporting allows to create the standard and configured reports, to export them to Excel or Web.

Rubius DrEAM is integrated with ERP systems and the systems of an inventory control for formation of requests for material resources. Requests are calculated proceeding from regulations of MTR, deficiencies lists or regulations of an abnormal stock. Besides, all electronic archive of the specifications and technical documentation with a binding to the equipment and works is stored in a system.
