On August 13, 2018 the CORUS Consulting company announced project completion on implementation of the cloud CRM solution on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in SAF-NEVA company. The created system will become the main tool for formation of the uniform customer base of the company.

Project Objective

Formation of uniform base for data storage on clients and creation of a convenient control system and monitoring of processes of work with end consumers became a project objective. As the platform for automation of the customer base the cloud version of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system was selected, and CORUS Consulting Group became the partner in implementation.

Course and results of the project

During the project processes of formation and maintaining base of clients of the company were automated and also data migration on sales is performed. In the created system information on buyers and also data of market monitoring of bread baking on different parameters is fixed. Using a cloud solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 heads of divisions exercise control of work of sales managers and technologists, manage visits to buyers, set the purposes and tasks. It helps the company to estimate correctly work of staff of the sales department, to analyze results of visits and to accumulate data in the unified information system. Connection of the CRM system to KORUS|the solution DaData which works by the principle of "a smart crib" became important addition of the project, helping employees to look for and enter correct data on the organization, such as addresses and bank details. In addition, integration into e-mail is implemented and the tool for the organization of bulk mailings is created that allows the staff of marketing department to wage fast marketing campaigns and to estimate their efficiency.

"We are happy with the course and project deliverables: implementation of CRM was implemented in the planned terms therefore our divisions had an opportunity to collect data on communication not only with distributors, but also with end customers. By means of the platform we had an opportunity to save and analyze the large volume of information necessary for successful work in the market and satisfactions of needs of buyers and also the tool for transparent control of sales processes and assessment of KPI of employees. In the near future we plan integration of the CRM system into the Microsoft Power BI platform, the application for the analysis of large volume of data. CRM already gives us the chance not only to implement the capacity of sales department and marketing, but also the most important – to keep the achieved result in work with buyers and to optimize costs of the sales department".
