KORUS DaData is the solution on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform which helps to look for and enter correct data when filling information on the organization and the addresses in the CRM system. The solution works by the principle of "a smart crib", allowing employees to exclude the probability of inaccuracies and typos when entering the addresses and details of clients.

At integration with KORUS DaData creation of the address or details in the CRM system comes from a card of the organization. As soon as the user begins to enter the address in the field of a dialog box, a system issues it hints at once. After preserving of record the solution automatically distributes information on the necessary fields.

Functionality

  • Automatic distribution of data
    • The standard address in the CRM system is a compound field which needs to be filled line by line that not always conveniently to users. Integration with KORUS DaData allows to enter the address in one field and to automatically distribute information on the corresponding fields for further work.


  • Search of the organization
    • It is possible to find the organization by any part of its name, a TIN or PSRN. The solution separates the details of the organization written in one line into granular parts and supports granular hints by separate parts of the organization. After the name is entered completely, service automatically scatters all details of the selected bank on the corresponding fields:
      • Full name of the organization.
      • Address
      • TIN
      • PSRN
      • Registration date
      • CHECK POINT
      • OPF code
      • Head's Full Name
      • Head's position
      • Status of the organization
      • Organization type
      • Number of branches
      • Type of division

  • Search of the addresses

    • Search of the address is run by any part of the address of the house, the zip code, the code of KLADR or Federal Information Address System, partial coincidence, the historical name and even synonyms. Besides, the searcher understands joined-up separate writing of houses, corrects typos and requests in the wrong layout, separates the address which is written in one line on granular parts and also supports granular hints by separate parts of the address (regions, the cities, streets, houses). In addition to a complete address, there are also optional data which are automatically determined, for example:
      • Width
      • Longitude
      • Code of IFTS
      • All-Russian Classifier of Territories of Municipal Units code
      • RCATU code
      • FIAS code
      • Level according to the Federal Information Address System
      • KLADR code


  • Search of bank
    • Search is performed by any part of the bank name, the bank identification code (BIC) or a SWIFT code. At the same time the searcher separates the bank details written in one line into granular parts and supports granular hints by separate parts of bank (the name, BIK, SWIFT, the address).
