2014: Establishment of a control and risk management system
On August 13, 2018, it became known about the creation of a system for controlling and managing the risks of the domestic pharmaceutical distributor Protec Implementation Center. The holding has three segments:
- Production
- Distribution (more than 40 branches in all regions of Russia)
- Retail (pharmacy chain "")Rigla
The holding implements projects of various scale and complexity with a budget of 10 to 2000 million rubles in the field of construction, automation of business processes, development and implementation of IP, commercial projects for the development of sales markets and commodity categories.
Purpose of the system implementation:
Improving the efficiency of each project by standardizing knowledge and experience in the form of project procedures and requirements, better planning, creating a transparent project management platform.
Tasks:
- Create a unified project accounting system that reflects up-to-date project portfolio information
- Minimize project risks and losses
- Reduce time and effort to plan and coordinate projects
- Standardize regular reporting
- Ensure the level of investment project management that meets the requirements of the Management Company.
- Create your own brand project management system.
Results
- On the basis of the Advanta platform, sections on managing the portfolio of investment projects/organizational projects, and a section on managing the portfolio of projects of own brands are set up.
- Monitoring of tasks implementation is carried out at control points.
- All project-related documents are saved in the system. Legally and mentally significant, which are being agreed in the electronic document management system of the Directive, are stored in the form of direct links. Working documents - directly in the database of the Advanta system.
- The project management loop is configured, including:
- Contract and budget management;
- CRM system for dealing with counterparties;
- Risk management (in the form of project activities)
- management of deadlines by reference points;
- Procurement management (tenders);
- Assignment management (meeting minutes tasks)
- As part of the implementation project, business analysts were trained and a customized solution was presented in a number of functional areas to the management and team of the pilot project. In view of the great flexibility of the system configuration, most of the functionality is further configured by the Protek Design Office of the Central Office.
