Apatite (Industrial security and labor protection of ISU PBIOT)

Tasks

• Increase labor safety.
• Reduce the level of injury rate and accident rate at the enterprises of PhosAgro due to ensuring transparency of all actions performed within work security management and also at the expense of a specification of responsibility of each head for failure to provide labor safety among his subordinates.
• Trace the procedures connected with ensuring industrial security and labor protection at the enterprise.
• Monitor the current situation in this direction of activity, to reasonably make operational decisions.
• All documentation created IZA CPSN (based on ISU PBIOT), should correspond to relevant provisions of the enterprise, standards of the enterprise and the legislation of the Russian Federation, to be printed, exported to the formats .xlsx, .pdf.
• Fields of the documents created IZA CPSN (based on ISU PBIOT), should be most autocompleted by the data which are available in IZA CPSN (based on ISU PBIOT) and other information systems operating at the enterprise for reduction of time for manual entry when forming documents.
• The possibility of the notification of users by means of messages in the interface IZA CPSN should be implemented (based on ISU PBIOT) and corporate e-mail with creation of mailing lists of messages, the possibility of creation, editing and removal of mailing lists via the interface of the administrator is provided.
• A system should provide integration with the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER, ORACLE, WSS Docs, ETP and ACCS (Access Control Control System).

Implementation

The first stage

Delivery of the existing ready software of ISU "PB and OT".

The second stage

Inspection (audit) of the enterprise.

The third stage

• Adaptation (setup) of a System according to Technical specifications.
• Integration with a DB "Oracle"EAM, OEBS, the IC "Boss-personnel officer" and the ACS.
• Loading in the System of primary information (the initial data provided by the Customer).
• Users and system administrators are trained.

The fourth stage

• Implementation.
• Trial operation.
• Elimination of notes and shortcomings, Input of a System in operation to Cherepovets.

Additional developments

• Development and deployment of the software for zdravpuknt "The electronic journal of replaceable medical examinations". For reduction of time spent by the paramedic for a design of replaceable medical examination; ensuring operational informing masters by means of the module of issue of replaceable dresses IZA CPSN about passing by workers of replaceable medical examinations; prevention of issue of replaceable dresses by the worker who did not have prereplaceable medical examination.
• Development of the integration solution IZA CPSN (based on ISU PBIOT) with the software of "Pitram" and completion of the module "Replaceable Dresses" — "Planned dresses of drivers of special equipment".
