"Tyumen Petroleum Research Center" (is a part of a scientific and project complex of Rosneft) develops "the innovation software" for automation of gas production and condensate. Afterwards its full-scale replication is planned for all corresponding crafts of Rosneft. The company reported about it in August, 2018.
Rosneft told TAdviser that developed in software company belongs to the class MES and provides a two-level management system for trade. One of levels – local: the automatic control system one or several wells physically is on the platform of wells. It supports a gas output from the well at the set level under the current bedded conditions, current pressure and the accepted restrictions. Minimization of carrying out of mechanical impurity, ensuring carrying out of water from a face, etc. belong to such restrictions, for example, explained in Rosneft.
The main set of the equipment of this level – modern instrumentations (intelligent pressure sensors, temperatures, the flowmeter), the gas output regulator with the electric drive, etc. A local system receives installations from the system of the top level which contains the integrated model of all system of production and preparation of gas.
It continuously processes the data arriving from the local systems and on the basis of these data transfers them back corrective actions.
In case of loss of contact with the server of a system of the top level the local systems pass to the management program "by default", explained TAdviser in Rosneft.
The company calculates that the new management system will allow to reduce significantly unproductive losses of bedded energy and operating costs. Due to its use Rosneft expects to receive an integrated gain of gas production and condensate at the level of 2-3%.
Before implementation of new software in the company for management of gas and gas-condensate objects software solutions of domestic and import manufacturers who solve local problems of management of different elements of a system and also platforms of the bottom level (SCADA) from foreign producers are used, told TAdviser in Rosneft.
Full-scale replication of new development is planned for all gas and gas-condensate fields of Rosneft based on pilot works.
