Biography

Alexander Osipov was born in 1974.

Education

In 1997 graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University majoring in "The electric drive and automation of plants" and military educational specialty "Operation and repair of land means of radio engineering investigation and radar station".

In 2002 graduated from the Rostov state economic university.

In 2002 graduated from University of Central Lancashire (Preston), Faculty "Finance and Credit".

Career

From 1996 to 2000 worked at executive positions of JSC Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant (Rosatom State Corporation) and Mars LLC.

From May, 2000 to July, 2003 — the head of department of an external complete set, the chief technologist of the plant, and then the managing director in JSC Rostselmash group.

From July, 2003 to December, 2004 — the managing director of Domodedovo Terminal Ltd, the first deputy director of Hendling Ltd.

From January, 2005 to September, 2007 — the chief executive of group in Aerodromdorstroy Ltd.

From September, 2007 to August, 2013 — the CEO of portfolio companies in The Innovation Corporation Technoprom Ltd.

From September, 2013 to October, 2017 — the CEO of AVEK GROUP LLC.

In November, 2017 it is appointed the deputy CEO of JSC RTI — the head Kompleksa on production management.

Since August 1, 2018 Alexander Osipov is appointed to fulfill duties of the CEO of JSC Radio Engineering Institute of a Name of the Academician A.L. Mintz. The relevant decision is made by Board of Directors of JSC RTI. The main objective of Alexander Osipov in this position is successful implementation of the current projects, development of new activities of the company due to building of a scientific and technical backlog and also increase in cost efficiency and business competitiveness.
