The project in branches

From September to December, 2003 the project on implementation of Lexema in UZhH Municipal Unitary Enterprise branch of Ufa in Demsky district is implemented.

Products were implemented:

• Lexema ERP
• Lexema Calculation of utility payments

Within the project modules are implemented:

• Accounting
• Personnel management
• Payroll calculation
• Calculation of utility payments:
  • Accounting of housing stock
  • Accounting of information about employers and homeowners and all necessary characteristics
  • Accounting of transactions with employers and homeowners on all types of service
  • Calculation of charges for a rent
  • Control of payment for utilities, housing, economic maintenance and electric power
  • Formation of different report forms

Further a system was also implemented in branches of UZhH Municipal Unitary Enterprise in Demskom, Leninsk, October, Ordzhonikidzevsky, Kalinin, by Sovetsk and Kirovsk areas and in ZhEU 65, 18, 58, 84, 83, 75, 73, 68, 59, 53, 50, 34, 26, 64, 66 of the city of Ufa.
