The main source of information in a system is the Personal account — a data set, belonging to calculation and payment by a certain tenant of utilities. Requirements for payment for the provided services in each personal account consist of charges on services, the amounts of preferential charges and the amounts of recalculation. Calculation of the amounts of charges and recalculation to charges is executed automatically and also the payment amount is automatically entered.

In a subsystem "Calculation of utility payments" the possibility of change in personal accounts of the following information is implemented:
