2016: System implementation of support of acceptance of strategic decisions on key projects
As it became known, in June, 2016 in Gazprom Media the support system of acceptance of strategic decisions on key projects is implemented.
For 2016 in Management company of Gazprom Media holding about 170 employees, are employed in subholdings and assets — more than 7.5 thousand human.
Project Objective
Increase in controllability a project portfolio of Holding became a project objective.
In 2015 strategy of Holding was developed, implementation of synergy of assets became one of priority tasks. In Holding process of tactical planning was implemented, large projects in which implementation several assets should be involved are defined. The methodology of project management is developed. Tasks
- Organize a common information space regarding project management for all assets of Holding
- Reduce a set-up time of reports on the course of projects, to completely automate document flow on project management and execution of instructions
- Provide the instrument of control of project implementation to the top management, having added the control panel used earlier on a basis BI- systems Tableau
Project Results
According to the results of the project:
- Creation and change of the main project documents is automated. Projects are structured in a system on control points
- In a system risks, open questions and changes on projects are registered and controlled
- Formation of standard printed forms of the reporting for top management is automated
- Project committees are carried out on the basis of the data obtained from a system, results of meetings of project committees are also brought in a system
- Control of execution of orders of Project committee and personal errands of the top management is automated
- A common information space for all project participants is organized
To system implementation for report generation used Excel, for filling of project documents – the Word templates. Statistics on control points was kept manually. Introduction even of little changes led verification of all document on the connected points. Collecting of the statuses on control points happened in the manual mode using e-mail messages. After implementation of ISUP Advanta process became simpler, the set-up time of reports was reduced, there was an opportunity to create reports on different criteria depending on an assigned task, a common information space for assets of Holding was organized.
