2018: Expanded guarantee KYO Service
On September 3, 2018 Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. announced "KYO Service +", an expanded guarantee for printers and the MFP of production KYOCERA which buyers can purchase in addition to the Standard guarantee of the producer.
The expanded Guarantee is the service product "KYO Service" for users of printers and the KYOCERA MFP including services and works on remedial action of the equipment of KYOCERA without collection of a payment for repair and the replaced spare parts during the corresponding validity period of the Expanded guarantee.
Obligations of KYOCERA Document Solutions Russia for accomplishment of services and works, maintenance of the equipment are confirmed by the Certificate with assigned individual serial number.
Each certificate is subject to obligatory registration at the producer.
On each device the separate Certificate is purchased.
For September, 2018 product variations are available to purchase:
- "KYO Service +1" – an expanded guarantee for a period of 1 year;
- "KYO Service +2" – an expanded guarantee for a period of 2 years;
- "KYO Service +3" – an expanded guarantee for a period of 3 years;
- "KYO Service +4" – an expanded guarantee for a period of 4 years;
Sale of the Service product "KYO Service" is performed through official Distributor (Dealer) network Kyocera Document Solutions Rus LLC.
The organization of warranty service of the printing and copy equipment KYOCERA is provided by Kyocera Document Solutions Rus LLC through network of the authorized Service centers, regardless of in what company from distributor and (or) dealer network of KYOCERA purchased the service product "KYO Service".
