Kurskrezinotekhnika increases labor productivity using digital technologies

On September 5, 2018 the Digit company reported that JSC Kurskrezinotekhnika implements the solutions based on digital technologies. The monitoring system Manager, developments of Tsifra company became one of solutions. The enterprise is going to increase labor productivity not less than by 10%.

The Manager system allows to collect objective data and to define efficiency of the equipment and also to visualize information and to transfer her for further analytics.

The following tasks were set for a monitoring system:

• decrease in number of defects because of violation of technology processes,
• exception of a human factor at production report generation,
• increase in level of control of production and analytical reporting,
• decrease in losses of energy resources because of inefficient turning on / switching off of the equipment not less than for 10%, * control of peak loads on the equipment,
• increase in transparency of work of service repair services
• reduction of time of repairs.

For the enterprise it was important to obtain earlier unavailable data which promote management model improvement by production and business processes. In particular, to define one and all reasons of equipment downtimes and also to obtain detailed information what there is a fund of working time of, to optimize costs for an overhaul of the equipment not less than for 10%.

Given which we receive allowed to exclude a human factor, the fund of working time for 90-95% is filled with reliable information. Work on increase in culture of production and responsibility of a field personnel is conducted. In my opinion, implementation of the similar systems — the obligatory criterion necessary to be competitive and to raise the production rate. Implementation can be made in short terms with small labor costs, having met the reasonable budgets. And the spent means, will return the profit of the enterprise soon.
