Nikolay Vladimirovich Ryzhov - since April 1, 2009 - the CEO of Open Technologies company. Was born on April 22, 1955 in Moscow. Graduated from faculty "Priborostroyeniye" of the highest technical school of N.E. Bauman (nowadays Bauman Moscow State Technical University) in "Electronic computers".

Career

• From 1979 to 1982 worked at Institute of exact mechanics and ADP equipment of S.A. Lebedev of RAS as the engineer in group of servicemen of MVK "Elbrus-1".
• From 1982 to 1985 was trained in full-time postgraduate study of department of materials science of Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate.
• From 1985 to 1987 — the engineer of department of materials science of Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate.
• From 1987 to 1991 — the assistant to department of metallurgical science of the All-Union Correspondence Polytechnical Institute (AUCPI).

In 1987 defended the dissertation on the subject "Mathematical Modelling of Consolidation Became at Thermal and Chemical Heat Treatment".

• In 1991 became the associate director on scientific work in Inforkom cooperative.
• In 1995 took the place of the chief accountant of I-Press LLC.
• In 2000 passed into Open Technologies company where consistently held positions of the manager on sale of service, the head of department of maintenance, the director of the department of service.
• In 2005 came to work to Federal State Unitary Enterprise Institute of Exact Mechanics and ADP Equipment of S.A. Lebedev of RAS where it was appointed the first deputy director.
• Since April 1, 2009 — the CEO of Open Technologies company.
• Since March, 2015 - the vice president for work with strategic customers Open Technologies.
• Nikolay Vladimirovich Ryzhov, the vice president for work with strategic customers of the company Open Technologies, at AP KIT meeting of May 19, 2015 was approved as the head of Committee on development and localization of information technologies.

He is married, there is a daughter.
