Rostelecom implemented the whole complex of "smart solutions" in Satka

On September 17, 2018 it became known that Rostelecom within the pilot on creation of "The smart city" implemented the whole complex of "smart solutions" in Satka: "Video surveillance", "Smart on-door speakerphone", "Smart lighting", "Digital accounting of utility resources". The single digital platform of "the smart city" is created.

Strategic objective of "smart" transformation of the city - achievement of efficiency in management due to development and use of digital technologies. The pilot project in South Ural will become a bright example for implementation plan development of "The smart cities" and testing of "smart services" and solutions.

In Slava's square, the popular vacation spot of citizens, the system of security is created. In the city the modern city video surveillance system which allows to write, store and transfer video is installed and also reacts to potential violations, is capable to distinguish persons and to set the number of people on video. The video flow is transferred to the digital platform "Smart City" into which all existing video surveillance systems in the city are integrated.

The solution "smart on-door speakerphone" is responsible for security and comfort in apartment houses. This system will allow to open a door from phone, to give residents information from management company, to record video of the house adjoining territory and to transfer the image of visitors to the owner of the apartment. Besides, "The smart on-door speakerphone" is directly connected with service 112 and equipped with the system of the emergency notification. The solution allows to call service of rescue from the on-door speakerphone and transfers information on a situation in an entrance.

The systems of "smart lighting" allow to reach economy on energy resources. All street lighting in the city is replaced with energy saving that allows to provide at economy of the budget the uniform illumination of roads with light of a solar spectrum. Organizations also are interested in economy of energy resources: within the project complete upgrade of lighting systems is carried out at comprehensive school No. 4. Internal illumination at school is equipped with the system of gradient lighting which works based on the modern LED equipment with automatic control of lighting depending on the street weather phenomena and a season.

For apartment houses the solution on economy of consumption of energy resources is presented. In the pilot house the complete solution on accounting of a resources consumption is implemented. Here, in each apartment the HVS and WAN modern counters and also power meters are installed. They in online the mode transfer data on consumption to an information system that gives to residents the chance to consider an expense and to save, and to management companies - timely to react to atypical indicators of an expense of resources.

The stated above solutions are first steps to implementation of complex projects of "The smart city" - Digital school, Smart home, "Improvement of city space and creation of the smart urban environment", "Energy saving and housing and public utilities".

The program of implementation of "The smart city" in Satka is calculated till 2023. It is during this time supposed to unroll and integrate 20 solutions for increase in comfort and quality of life based on a single platform, technology development of municipality^[1].
