Command 112

The hardware and software system "Service of the Emergency Help Command-112" (a HSS Command-112) – it is intended for automation of operational activity of call center (DPC) of the uniform service on duty and dispatching (USDD).

Main functionality

Registration of a card of incident in a system

registration includes the following data:

• status of the message;
• address reason;
• determination of the place;
• incident time;
• applicant;
• description;
• preserving and transfer on working off.

Maintaining magazine of messages

This magazine contains information on all addresses which arrived from applicants by number "112": messages about incidents, addresses with help request, messages not requiring working off of the emergency reaction by operational services.

Maintaining magazine of incidents

The magazine contains only messages about the incidents transferred to working off to operational services of the emergency reaction.

Maintaining the reference information for the manager "Systems-112"

Includes the procedure of poll of the applicant, the recommendation for the applicant, the list of the services recommended for working off of this incident.

Maintaining archive of incidents

Contains a list of all incidents transferred to working off to operational services of the emergency reaction and which working off was complete. All incidents in this magazine are displayed in the form of hierarchy and are grouped in receipt date of incident in a system.

Management of forces and means

Function includes maintaining information on forces and means ("A front note", Cars, Employees).

• The Front Note element contains information on the number of staff, the number of forces and means of operational service of the emergency reaction the current day of watch.
• The Cars element contains information on all vehicles of operational service of the emergency reaction.
• The Employees element contains data on staff of operational service of the emergency reaction.

The solution successfully passed test in the Kostroma region where it will be put into commercial operation after completion of selection of number for a system. It is also known of four regions. where in the solution it is implemented at different stages.
