Need to increase efficiency, efficiency and quality of training and implementations of management decisions became the reason of the beginning of the project on system implementation of electronic document management. Dynamics of increase in volumes of document flow of SKTs is annually traced: if in 2005 incoming documents there were 3.8 thousand, and proceeding — 1.2 thousand, then in 2007 the number of incoming documents increased up to 5.4 thousand, and proceeding — up to 1.8 thousand.
By the end of 2008 the number of users of EDMS was 500 people.
The project is begun with pilot system implementation BOSS-Referent. Now functionality of EDMS covers all key processes of central office of state corporation and SKTs in the field of electronic document management: collective preparation, approval, signing and document approval, formation of instructions and control of performing discipline; processing of the entering/proceeding documentation; work with organizational and administrative documentation (orders, orders and so forth) and the memos supporting the current work and also maintaining the corporate reference books (an organization structure of Rosatom, information on employees and so forth) forming a basis of the uniform information and managerial space of state corporation created by means of EDMS. Now transition to the new version of a system is performed.
