The multinational corporation was faced by a task to automate the growing document flow, effective structuring and improvement of the existing business processes required a flexible document management system and business processes.

Creation of an electronic document management system for managing the companies. More than 1000 jobs are automated. During implementation of this project converting of data from earlier used office-work automation system Case is performed. The module solving three problems is developed: creation of storage of electronic images and texts of primary finance documents ("payment orders", delivery notes, accounts, etc.), transfer of these documents from the serviced enterprises in storage and work with them. Considering specifics of document flow of the company, process of approval is organized on the matrix circuit, i.e. each division can conduct approvals of any other passing the management.
